Shift Schedule:
- 4x10h days for 3 weeks alternating
- 5x8h days for 1 week
Call Schedule:
- Weekend Call; Fri-Sun
> Once every 4th weekend until Feb 2024
> Once every 5th weekend beginning Mar 2024
- Weeknight call; Mon-Thur
> Once every 4th week until Feb 2024
> Once every 5th week beginning Mar 2024
Call Type: Beeper
Patient Volume: 12
Physicians in Practice: 2
Duties :
- Surgical first assist, bedside procedures
- Rounding independently covering NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU (surgical & medical), & general med/surg floor
- Hospital & ER/UC consults, OP consults
- Post-operative/hospital patient care, fracture care
- Patient phone calls, medication refills, & FMLA documentation
Trauma Level: II
EMR: Cerner
Temporary Privileges available: Yes
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active WI License or IMLC
BC/BE
BLS
Neurosurgery Experience
