Summary:
The Company is seeking a self- motivated automation engineer with a strong technical.
Engineering background specializing in process control/automation design and
development, combined with hands-on experience. The ideal candidate must have
experience in engineering development, team support, technical management, project
coordinator and full cycle project management as well as strong troubleshooting skills.
The candidate must possess the ability to manage and maintain all aspects of the
automation equipment in the canning facility, manage projects for new machine.
Installations, conduct extensive troubleshooting, look for areas of improvement, identify.
Bottlenecks, provide solution, support with preventive and predictive maintenance,
create initiatives to make the manufacturing more cost effective and present projects to
upper management for approval. Oversee all areas of automation and process.
Engineering for the facility.
Technical Skills:
- Experience and skill in troubleshooting control system issues
- Programming with Allen Bradley s RS Logix/Studio 5000
- Experience with Allen Bradley s FactoryTalk
- Proficient in Design/Drafting with AutoCAD
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter, team player, works well with others and has a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Engineering skills in the manufacturing environment plus a 5 or more years of directly
- Related experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
