is a new addition to the Loyalty Agency The role will encompass managing clients partners and Collinson team on and offshoreppppTo deliver this we need a senior Project Manager who can not only ensure that all aspects of endtoend project management are done well but also someone who can work under the direction of our Delivery Director to bring leadership and define how we run projects in the future in a repeatable scalable mannerppppppstrongemKey responsibilitiesemstrongpul liManaging the daytoday operational aspects of a complex strategic project running multiple projects concurrently from the initiation through to completion and handover to production clientli liClarifying roles & responsibility for the project team and key stakeholdersli liManaging key stakeholder & sponsor expectationsli liLead on the planning of projects with various teams in the business accumulating in the creation of Epics and User Stories that are maintained in a backlog li liAssembling and managing project resources including identifying resource requirementsli liLead all Scrum ceremonies Standups Backlog refinements planning and retrospectivesli liManage and monitor project progress through each Sprintli liEnsuring appropriate project documentation is produced and published on Confluence li liIdentifying and manage risks and issuesli liWork with offshore teams in different regionstime zones li liChampion Agile principles and methodologyliulpstrongemKnowledge skills and experienceemstrongbrppThe ideal candidate will have background in Marketing Automation projects around datadriven products within automation integration and implementation projects and would be an expert with agile project management and successful deliveryppstrongSkillsstrongpul liCertified Scrum Master qualification either with the Scrum Alliance or PMIli liPMP certified li liRisk & Issue managementli liPeople Managementli liExcellent written and spoken Englishli liCritical thinking and Marketing Cloud JIRA and Confluence li liExperience managing software development projectsli liExperience of leading multidisciplined distributed development teams including managing external vendors and agencies providing services for projectsli liUnderstanding of loyalty marketing CRM and marketing automationli liExperience defining operating and support models key processes and championing
