What does success look like in this role?

• Delivering an outstanding service and creating a memorable customer journey.
• Handling all customer queries effectively and efficiently, always providing guidance and reassurance.
• Establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers.
• Being present with your team on the shop floor when appointments aren't busy.

What would you like from me?

• A minimum of 1.5 years piercing in a studio environment.
• Excellent communication skills & a resourceful attitude.
