Planning & Strategystrongbrpul liEnsure A&Ms brand values shine through all of our customer touchpoints via the creation of innovative impactful and cohesive marketing campaigns to raise awareness of A&Ms key products services stores and messagesli liDevelop and maintain our brand tone of voice with our Copywriterli liSupport the Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager with the ideation planning & execution of brand campaigns This includes but is not limited to defining campaign objectives KPIs messaging timelines and ensuring strong communication and alignment across all key teams throughout each stage of campaign planning and executionli liCollaborate closely with the Creative Content Producer at the early stages of campaign creative direction & brand messaging to bring to life big & innovative ideasli liReview the performance of all campaign activity utilising insights to keep A&M at the forefront of innovationli liStrong communication and a cohesive omnichannel view of all campaigns ensuring strong project management throughout liulpstrongSocial Media Management & Strategystrongpul liAct as the strategic lead across all organic social channels overseeing the creation and curation of engaging content that reflects business objectives and feels cohesive yet tailored to the needs of each channelli liSet annual social strategy pillars aligning closely with relevant stakeholdersli liOutline key strategy focuses based on Marketing Manuals for Quarterly Social Previews and use these to guide the teams decisions on day to day contentli liCollaborate with Global Paid Media Manager to execute align and optimise the paid and organic TikTok strategy Ensure that content is created to support planned tests and present quarterly reflections and opportunities to Marketing Director & Senior Managersli liWork with the International Senior Brand Marketing Manager to execute an international social strategy that builds awareness in new markets (US & EU)li liSupport associates within the team to lock in viral social partnerships with the Influencer & Partnerships teamliulpstrongReporting & Trade strongpul liCarry out weekly & monthly reporting and analysis delving deeper into key actions that can be taken based on performance and share weekly trade insights learnings and next steps with the Brand Teamli liCompile Brand Team trade commentary to share with wider business on our weekly performanceli liSet clear and ambitious KPIs and consistently monitor these to provide insightsliulpstrongTeam Management & Growthstrongpul liLine manage Associates within the team supporting their development and personal ambitions with weekly s and monthly reviews fostering a growthmindset within the team to break boundaries and take smart risks!li liManage signoffs to keep relevant stakeholders informed of plans across channelsli liOptimise and streamline processes within the teamli liEncourage close collaboration with your team fostering a Brand Marketing Social Media and Campaign Planningli liExperience working collaboratively with a Creative Content team is a plusli liYour finger is on the pulse of emerging trends consumer behaviour and have a genuine passion for the social media and brand marketing landscapeliulul liMust have excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and be highly experienced within social media management using social management tools and creating efficiencies within social teams to support performanceli liExperience with campaign planning and copywriting ensuring a brands messages come to life through cohesive and effective campaigns that customers engage withli liStrong strategicmindset and the ability to balance creativity with customers needs delivering key business objectives and
