Job Description

At CTS we deliver IT services dedicated to the legal sector covering IT strategy, technology platforms, cyber protection and managed services. Right now we are looking to add a Business Development Executive to our Commercial team in London, This is a Hybrid role 2/3 days per week in our London (Farringdon) Office

As a Business Development Executive at CTS you will work in collaboration with our Marketing Team and New Business Development Managers to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

You will develop leads from marketing campaigns using your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients in the legal sector. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Business Development Managers during every stage of the sales process from concept to closure.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and manage the 360 sales cycle.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team and Senior Sales Managers to strategically contact a niche client base through innovative and creative methods.
  • Present our company to potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize complex enterprise IT solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Build a strong relationship with our Product manager and Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Account Manager or similar role, ideally in an MSP or ITSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and email campaigns)
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and managing the 360 sales cycle to closure.
  • Experience with CRM software, ideally HubSpot
  • Familiarity with MS Office products to track progress.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Desirable

BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
