pAt The Wise Seeker we are looking for a maintenance controls technician to work with one of our clients in the US the worlds largest tire and rubber companyppAs part of the Maintenance Team you will be working to deliver solutions to improve our process reliability product quality and plantwide performancephTaskshulliConsulting diagrams and technical documentation such as schematics manuals standards and codesliliMaintaining backup and revision documentation for control systems and instrumentationliliManage SCADA type devices in an industrial based environmentliliInstalling configuring calibrating and maintaining control measurement and indicating instrumentation (pneumatic analog & digital)liliConfiguring and programming Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC)liliOrganize and order PLC control components in order to maintain plant process control systemsliliWork with corporate IT staff as required with miscellaneous network and computer activitiesliliMust be able to prepare technical reports for documenting issueschanges to equipmentliliMust be able to manage projects for implementing changes and improvementsliliEmployee must be willing to be on call to support production needsliliInstalling and terminating electrical pneumatic and fluid connectionsliliInspecting and testing the operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faultsliliRemoving repairing adjusting and replacing componentsliliCalibrating components and systemsliliAssisting engineering in plant design modification and hazard analysisliliMaintaining various computerbased control systemsliliPerforming scheduled maintenance programs andliliKeeping uptodate with advances in technology in industry and the tradeliulpSome of the instruments include transmitters analyzers sensors detectors signal conditioners recorders controllers and final control elements They are used in industry to measure and control variables such as pressure flow temperature level motion force and chemical compositionphRequirementshulliBachelors degree or Associates Degree in related field preferredliliAt least years of related experience requiredliliAbility to plan and prioritize tasks across multiple projectsliliSelfmotivated and highly organized with good time management skillsliliDetail oriented work styleliliDedication and commitment to meeting expectationsliliTeam PlayerCooperative yet assertiveliliAbility to work in an often fast paced hectic and demanding environmentliliMust have exceptional problem solving skillsliliStrong verbal and written communication skillsliliMust have proven experience in PLC logic and programming with Allen Bradley PLCs and other types of controllersliliMust be able to create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design programming simulation and testing and startupliliLean ManufacturingliulhBenefitshulliSignon bonusliliNationwide Relocation availableliliSalary USD $ $ hrliul
