- Previous investor relations experience is required
- Knowledge of Saudi capital market laws and securities disclosure and filing requirements.
- Ability to convert complex financial information into an understandable and compelling story for investors.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft and present engaging and impactful messages for the investor community (in Arabic and English).
- Established relationships with local and international asset managers, family offices, government entities, GCC investors and equity research analysts.
- Ability to analyze and improve opportunities for shareholder engagement.
- Solid understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
