Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
Assist in Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis.
Should have proficiency in MS package, especially in Excel as well as with Qatar Labor Laws & Regulations.
Strong numerical and advanced analytical skills.
