Job Description

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Communicate patients’ needs and concerns to the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient charts and electronic health records.
Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
Must have prometric and dataflow.
