We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our esteemed clients team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in overseeing large-scale projects and a proven track record of successful partnerships within the Healthcare, Education (K-12, Higher Ed), or Light Industrial sectors.


Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive construction experience, including a minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience.
BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
Business development/sales experience, including securing, maintaining, and growing client relationships into successful projects.
Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Must hold a valid driver s license, or can obtain one within 6 months.
CHC Certified, Health Care Certification a Must.
Intermediate proficiency with various software applications, including PM software (ProCore preferred), Microsoft Suite, and accounting software (Sage preferred), with the ability to understand cost spreadsheets, aging reports, and labor productivity reports.
Advanced proficiency in contract administration, Requests for Information, Schedule of Values, preparation, and adjustment to monthly billings, and preparation of bar chart schedules including predecessors, successors, constraints, float, and lags.
Working knowledge of AIA Contract(s): A401, A121, A111.
