Annual Surgical Cases: Approx. 150
Physicians in Practice: 10 Anesthesiologists
Required Procedures:
- General Surgical Cases: Adult
- Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional and Plexus anesthesia.
- Complex Vascular Cases (Except Open Heart)
- Complex Orthopedic Cases, Regional Anesthesia
- Local Infiltration, Spinal Anesthesia
- Ventilation Management
- Insertion of Central Line & Arterial line
- Evaluation & Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
No. of ORs: 13
EMR: Epic
Other Info:
- Required to Supervise CRNAs (ratio 1:4)
- Will not have to prepare the anesthesia cart.

Active VA License
BC (ACGME or AOA)
VA DEA
ACLS & PALS
Clean Record
Flu Shot
COVID Vaccination proof (preferred)
At least 3 weeks/month of availability
