Job Description

As a Graduate Bookkeeper, your role is pivotal in assisting in the preparation of financial statements and management accounts, ensuring that our client s stakeholders receive top-notch financial services. Your responsibilities include managing AP and AR functions, reporting collation, and coordinating workflow and resource allocation.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM)
Work Setup: Permanent Work from Home
Perks: HMO coverage, Open to Fresh Graduates

What do you need to succeed?
  • 1+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Exposure to accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The capacity to work autonomously and as a member of a team
