Title: Junior Brand Manager
Location: Greater Phoenix, Arizona Area
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Salary: $70-85k DOE
A Junior Brand Manager position is now available through The Keller Group. Our client is a highly reputable CPG brand with a national footprint and a loyal customer base. The Junior Brand Manager will work in conjunction with the senior brand managers for the execution of all marketing campaigns, while also being hands-on and tactical in the creation of creative strategy, content production, promoting new product launches and community events. The Junior Brand Manager should be fluent in utilizing analytics to make data-driven decisions, recommendations, and presenting KPI metrics across all levels of the organization.
Junior Brand Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute brand marketing and content strategy to be distributed across all key platforms conceptualize, plan, and execute content that provokes engagement.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, presenting data-driven marketing roadmaps to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive brand marketing projects from concept through completion - Creative, Operations, ecommerce, Production, etc.
- Drive experiential and digital marketing strategy across every major vertical - events, in-market and in-store activations, social media, brand partnerships, email marketing, paid media, etc.
- Analyze research using syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI/Circana, Numerator, etc.) to gather actionable insights, and develop activation plans to drive growth and sales.
- Maintain P&L for the brand with a deep understanding of all areas including the commercialization of the brand, packaging, operations, manufacturing and more.
- Integrate consumer learning, brand analysis, category understanding, trend growth expectations, marketplace dynamics, pricing analyses, competitive activity, brand positioning, and product lifecycle to drive strategic recommendations and execute plans.
- Identify, meet, and exceed growth and conversion goals, with a focus on customer lifecycle marketing strategies to keep existing customers engaged and retain new customers.

Requirements
Junior Brand Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of brand marketing experience, with a focus on CPG products
- Research experience and ability to investigate consumer insights and identifying patterns and how to act upon on consumer trends, etc.
- Well versed in data and analytics - understand how numbers can influence strategy, etc.
- Digital marketing knowledge across all key platforms - paid media, organic social media, website merchandising, email marketing, etc.
- Driven to make an impact and lead by example - entrepreneurial leader with zero ego that is willing to get hands-dirty and go above and beyond job description.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive market with a relentless focus on making data-driven decisions and using the best business judgment.
- P&L experience again, must be savvy when it comes to numbers and budgeting.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona (hybrid position)

Digital Marketing Strategist Qualifications: 3+ years of direct experience in an account management or client-facing role within a digital marketing agency Strong understanding/knowledge of providing direction across all digital campaigns (paid media, organic media, email marketing, paid search, analytics, paid social, tracking, lead generation, content/SEO, website development, etc.) Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in project management tools and CRM software Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal instruction. Willing to support other team members and committed to ongoing self-education and keeping up with the latest industry trends, etc.
