KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain lead funnel.
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.
Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals.
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Stay up to date with digital technology developments
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven working experience in digital and growth marketing.
6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with the IT industry
Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimization & Marketing and On-Page, Off-Page Optimization.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Expertise in Internet Marketing & Social Media Optimization from SEO Perspective.
SMM specialization in Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media is necessary.
Researching relevant keywords to be targeted & Competitors Detailed Analysis, Meta Tags optimization & page content optimization.
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Familiarity with web design.
