Membership Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities: • Organize and coordinate timelines for membership announcements. • Accept payment through POC machine at Liwan for accepted members. • Manages requests of members and direct requests to responsible departments and focal points. • Provide guidance to members on facilities, spaces, and timings of the facility. • Works with the programs team on upcoming events, including printing materials, logístical setup, tracking guest lists, and more. • Coordinate and assist residents in their residency including setting up the space, workshops, talks, etc. • Qualifications/Requirements: - minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or any other suitable fields. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
