Clinical Nurse Manager MedSurg Ortho

One of our exclusive partners is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to start with their organization immediately. This is a permanent job, and offers benefits. This position is located in Nashua, NH.

• Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and evaluates work performance of Clinical Resource Nurse in terms of patient care and staff development. Ensures timely and effective evaluation of all unit personnel.
  • Actively participates in Leadership rounding with patients and staff.
  • Actively participates in Environment of Care Rounds
  • Completes stay interviews
  • Acts as a resource for nursing care areas when acuity and census outweigh resource availability.
  • Monitor and ensure staff compliance with mandatory education requirements
  • Identifies and implements unit goals.

• Registered Nurses working in specialty areas must meet requirements for those specialties as determined by that specific discipline.
• Certification in specialty preferred
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientatio

• Current New Hampshire RN license required
• Minimum of 3-5 Years clinical nursing experience required.
• BSN degree / MSN degree preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire
• Membership in a professional organization preferred
