This is a remote position.

Position Overview:

The Theme Park Expert Navigator is a highly knowledgeable and passionate professional responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience within a theme park. This role combines expertise in the park's layout, attractions, shows, dining options, and crowd management to guide and assist visitors in optimizing their time and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Park Expertise: Possess an in-depth knowledge of All-Things theme park, including its attractions, shows, dining, and entertainment options.

  • Guest Assistance: Act as a guest's go-to resource for navigating the park efficiently, making recommendations, and answering questions.

  • Customized Itineraries: Create personalized park itineraries based on guest preferences, helping them make the most of their visit.

  • Attraction Guidance: Provide insights on wait times, FastPass options, and attraction suitability for various age groups and interests.

  • Entertainment Insights: Keep guests informed about showtimes, character meet-and-greets, parades, and special events.

  • Dining Recommendations: Suggest dining options based on cuisine preferences, dietary restrictions, and availability.

  • Crowd Management: Offer tips and strategies to navigate crowds, avoid long lines, and find quieter areas of the park.

  • Accessibility Assistance: Assist guests with accessibility needs, ensuring they have an enjoyable and comfortable visit.

  • FastPass Coordination: Help guests make FastPass reservations and manage their schedule efficiently.

  • Problem Solving: Resolve guest issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions to ensure a positive experience.

  • Safety Awareness: Promote safety measures, guidelines, and park policies to guests, emphasizing the importance of adherence.

  • Guest Feedback: Collect feedback from guests to continuously improve guest experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must Be at least 18 YOA

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the USA.

  • Extensive knowledge of the specific theme park's layout, attractions, shows, and dining options.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • A genuine passion for the theme park industry and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.

  • Familiarity with accessibility considerations and a commitment to inclusive guest experiences.

  • Previous experience in a guest services or park operations role is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in using park-related technology and mobile apps is a plus.

  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate park hours of operation.
