Summary
Maintain existing customers and to obtain share-up business,obtain brand new customers for Chicago
Import branch(hereinafter CHI-I) and Cincinnati sales office(hereinafter CVG office). Outside sales,Inside sales,or to be stationed at the client's office. Collaborate with members of CHI-I and CVG office.
Essential Duties
1.Research,analyze and identify business prospects through daily cold calling,web research,and networking for new business opportunities both local and out of state whereby business travel will be necessary.
2.Establish and cultivate business relationships and set up face to face visitation with new
potential customers and maintain relationships with current customers.
3.To gain additional business and/or maximize our profit from the assigned accounts by periodical review of our direct costs versus our selling rates, and relationship building with assigned accounts.
4.Participate in RFQs and collaborate with other offices to complete RFQ.It should be daily or as they occur.
5.Closely monitor accounts receivable with accounting staff to ensure timely collection. Maintain no more than 2% of total accounts receivable over sixty (60) days. It should be monthly or they occur.
6.Document all sales activities in CRM software
7.Submit monthly reports to CHI-I,CVG office.
8.Face to face short meeting with CVG office. Go to the office everyday
except for business trip,visit to customers.

Qualifications
College degree is preferred.
Excellent written and oral skills with the ability to relate to multinational strategic customers at all levels. High ability to analyze issues and attention to detail to determine problems and solutions. Ability to gain cross-functional cooperation and work in a diverse environment.
