- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Unified Operations Control center, ensuring effective coordination and monitoring of Sindalah's operational activities.
- Develop and implement UOC strategies to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness.
- Lead and develop the UOC team, promoting a culture of excellence, vigilance, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that UOC operations meet and exceed these expectations.
