Receiving and greeting customers as they enter.
Implementing health and safety rules.
Providing various beverage and food menus and responding to customer inquiries.
Communicate customer feedback to managers and provide recommendations to improve food and beverage menus.
Ensure and review the stock of clean cups, tools and processing equipment.
Periodically reviewing devices and equipment and reporting maintenance needs.
Receiving customer requests and paying attention to details and preferences.
