Lemon Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

-Represent clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters.

-Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.

-Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.

-Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.

-Handle court appearances and hearings when necessary.

-Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 1-3 years of litigation experience.

-Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.

-Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.

-Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

-Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools and software.

-Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
