Our client is a Top 50 Prolific North PR agency based in Central York for the past 30 years, with a team that s experienced, creative, friendly and professional. Their client base spans the building products, property and construction, food processing, manufacturing, legal and professional services sectors.

They re looking for an ambitious, proactive and experienced senior PR account manager, who is keen to grow into an account director role, to help win new business and deliver excellent service to their B2B client portfolio.

Senior PR Account Manager

They re looking for someone who will relish the opportunity to work in the B2B arena to help develop and deliver a wide range of digital solutions to their growing client base.

They re looking for someone who shares their values, who has a track record of delivering successful campaigns, knows what makes a story, and is focused on looking after clients exceptionally well. You will be required to take responsibility for growing your client portfolio by actively seeking and winning new business, with support from the existing team and directors.

PR Account Manager

Core responsibilities:

You ll be the main day-to-day contact for clients, taking the lead on delivering broad-ranging communications support including media relations, social media, e-marketing, copywriting, content marketing and literature development. You will ideally have experience of the full marketing communications mix and will be used to working with web developers and graphic designers to create impactful marketing materials.

Further responsibilities include:

Identifying key messages and audiences and developing strategic communications plans

Delivering projects and campaigns on time and on budget

Proactively communicating regularly with clients

Identifying relevant opportunities to secure further account growth

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with appropriate members of the media

PR Manager

Required Skills:

You ll need to be great at coming up with creative ideas for telling clients stories and engaging a B2B audience through a range of different channels.
