25,000 plus competitive commission (OTE 30K)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a naturally driven sales person who also has a passion for coaching at Finsbury Park's most dynamic boutique studio. This is a fitness job not to be missed!

We are looking for a naturally proactive, focused, sales driven individual to be part of our Membership Sales Team who can generate fresh leads and convert them into membership sales.

You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. Ideally you will be adept at social media and full of ideas how to reach prospective new members in the local area. We are also looking for someone who is motivating and knowledgeable trainer to join the wonderful Finsbury Park Studio.

The Role

• Take the lead on driving sales and marketing activities
• Communicate with prospects by phone, e-mail and face-to -face
• Taking a proactive approach to generate interest within the local community
• Deliver high quality, results-focused group fitness classes
• Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment

About you:

• Naturally sales focused and target driven
• Experience in driving sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Energy and confidence to share ideas to maintain studio growth and success
• Must have a Level 3 personal training certification
• Confidence to deliver an energetic and atmospheric class for our members
