Job Description
Education and training:
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Obtaining a recognized certificate in the field of human resources management is an added advantage.
Experience:
Extensive experience in the field of human resources management with experience in previous management positions.
communication skills:
Excellent communication skills to interact with employees, solve problems and negotiate with external parties.
Driving skills:
The ability to manage and direct the work team in the Human Resources Department effectively.
Knowledge of laws and regulations:
Good understanding of labor, tax, and health insurance laws and regulations.
