Chief of Staff Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the executive team to provide strategic and operational support.
  • Manage and coordinate daily activities and schedules of the executive team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies and goals.
  • Analyze and report on business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and facilitate high-level meetings and discussions.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Support the executive team in decision-making and problem-solving processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or executive support role.
  • Knowledge of the Ducati brand and its products.
  • Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment.
  • Understanding of financial and business analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
