• Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  

• Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise to find creative and effective methods for attracting top talent.
  

• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, collaborate on job descriptions, and ensure a deep understanding of the roles.
  

• Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews, ensuring that candidates and interviewers have a seamless and positive experience.
  

• Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  

• Offer Negotiation: Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth transition for candidates who accept job offers.
  

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates, ensuring data integrity in our applicant tracking system.
  

• Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, compensation data, and competitive landscape insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  

• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, striving to create a welcoming and equitable workplace.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred not required.
  

• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify top talent.
  

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
