Job Description

- Prepare tender documents and budget such as bill of quantities, activity schedule, manpower and equipment schedule.
- Ensure proper recording of all financials and contractual issues.
- Prepare variation orders for subcontractors and assist in the preparation of variation order proposals for clients.
- Prepare monthly interim certificates and progress reports.
- Monitor site works and coordinate with Construction team to control cost and enhance return.
