The Recruiter role is integral to supporting Nurchure Staffing Solutions’ hyper-growth strategies as we scale the company to the next level of growth. The Recruiter will help our recruiting team by providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the submission process while they are unavailable. This sales support role with tremendous potential for upward mobility is the perfect chance to jump-start your career and grow within a thriving company.
  • Efficiently manages job order fulfillment with the most qualified, best-fit candidates.
  • Develops and recommends contractor/job offer details to candidates.
  • Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct phone interviews, properly assess talent, then go to the next steps.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and sales managers.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical field, specifically RN, LVN, and CNA
  • A background in writing job descriptions and offer letters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency and efficiency.
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting KPI goals.
  • The ability to work under time constraints and with pressure decision-making decisiveness.
  • Comfortability speaking and presenting in front of small groups.
  • A drive for continuous improvement and rapid career advancement.
  • This is not an HR position.

Qualifications
  • Proven success in recruiting, sales, or another metrics-driven environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a staffing agency – healthcare preferred.
  • Obsessed with creating incredible experiences for healthcare professionals.
  • Outside-the-box thinkers
  • Career-orientated with a desire for advancement.
  • Enthusiastic about being part of a start-up organization.
