Job Description
education:
Bachelor's degree in confidentiality management or related field. Advanced certifications may be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant usually at least 2-5 years.
Management skills:
Ability to effectively manage executive management office functions, including organizing meetings, schedules, and document management.

Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking, to interact with customers, colleagues and partners effectively.
Tact and appearance:
Courtesy and professional appearance to deal with customers and company guests with politeness and respect.
