Must have:

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Study and understanding the scenarios & use cases of AI workbench.
• Define the FAQs for R-Car AI Workbench
• Answering consumer questions about AI workbench via phone, email, or chat in a fast and correct manner
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features of AI workbench.
• Publish the customer service report with details on the region, priority, and status of each user's tickets.
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or MCA or Computer Science or Engineer degree with engineer knowledge
• Recognize the client's needs and offer the appropriate solution.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Basic knowledge in any technical skills like python, shell scripting, Angular JS, React JS, Html, CSS, Java and Devops
• Patience when handling tough cases.
• Experience in technical support, application support
• Knowledge on Jira tool
• At least 4+ years of related experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.

Desired Skills:

• Good to have knowledge in cloud technologies.
• Knowledge in docker containers
• Knowledge in semiconductor and automotive.
