Accounts Receivable Specialist

Gem Care Inc. is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a client in Oak Ridge, TN. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for tracking customer payments, resolving discrepancies, maintaining customer accounts, and providing customer service in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, customer payments, and other related tasks.
• Ensure that customer payments are posted correctly and payments are cleared in a timely manner.
• Process customer payments and maintain customer accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments and accounts receivable activities.
• Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements :

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
