? Dedicated to the PDF PMO (i.e. not a shared resource)
? Partner with Business and Technology SMEs to deeply understand and document as-is
and to-be processes and use cases supporting item traceability / item lifecycle.
? Partner with the PDF core team, ebp Global, and business leadership to make
recommendations and achieve alignment on scope priorities
? Partner with the technology teams across the enterprise to help them understand scope
and recommendations
? Priority domains of focus:
o Post-line plan handover Product Development activities
o Post-line plan handover Global and regional merch and merch planning activities,
including seasonal and core replen
o Item hierarchy / taxonomy and item attributes
o Master (reference) item data
o Upstream supply chain: Finished Goods costing & allocations.
? Other domains to support where needed:
o Global supply chain
? PO management
? Trade
? Labels
? Quality & product inspections
? Global Distribution (DC ops, warehouse management systems)
