Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• 7-8 + years of experience on PTC's Service Information Manager (SIM), Service Parts tools for Service Lifecycle Management
• Experience on PTC's Arbortext Content Delivery (ACD) tool for Content delivery and distribution system and knowledge on architecture of product
• Understanding of end-to-end Service & Parts Information Management and Structured Content Management
• Understanding of REST API's
• Understanding of Translation management
• Knowledgeable with IT software including SaaS, Cloud Services, SSO (SAML/OAuth 2.0)
• Understanding of Windchill Visualization capabilities
• Knowledge on Creo Parametric, Arbortext Editor, Arbortext Publishing Engine would be added advantage.
• Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
• Understanding of database administration, database design, and performance tuning.
• Strong Experience in Windchill Configuration and Customizations
• Very good understanding of Windchill Part Management, Change Management and Workflow modules.
• Strong debugging skills
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
