As a Senior Salesforce Developer with over 15 years of expertise, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and features.
• Customize and optimize Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications as required.
• Lead and mentor junior developers on the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to solve complex business problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Developer certification is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
• Proven expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
