Work with Client s SAM/ITAM stakeholders to establish a SAM Governance framework, including recommended Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) Work on Service Catalog and Product Models to build an App store in ServiceNow for requesting softwares Work on automating the software distribution and integrating with Software App Store Work with the SAM/ITAM team on CMDB tool such as ServiceNow to pull data exports.
create dashboards, update data attribute.
support both ITAM and Cybersecurity functions Work with the SAM team to outline the policies and standards that align with the goals of the Steering Committee Analyze CMDB data to assess completeness and accuracy of CMDB data Work.
Required: 5 - 8 years of ServiceNow platform administration Development experience Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environment.
Proficiency with Angular JS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5 Well versed with various ServiceNow products platform capabilities.
Hands-on experience on at least two service now modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, CMDB, etc) Automate administrative operational, CMDB/Discovery tasks, MID Server administration.
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) CIS - Software Asset Management
