ServiceNow HRSD/HRSM Architect
Location : Remote (USA)
Job Description
Perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of the enterprise products used by the department.
Develop solutions on the Service Now (SNOW) platform, both within the SNOW HRSM (HR Service Management) scoped application and across the SNOW platform related to ITSM (IT Service Management) and other platform areas.
Will include Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development and support.
Knowledge of python and JavaScript.
Overall technical architecture recommendations, detailed technical designs, learning new technologies, and internal evangelism are also expected.
