ServiceNow ITSM Architect

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design customized ServiceNow solutions.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including GRC, ITOM and ITSM, to architect solutions that address complex challenges.
Architecture and Implementation: Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Configuration and Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and forms to align with client needs.
Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and system configurations.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a minimum of 5 years in architect roles.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITOM and ITSM.
