Role: -Network security with a good understanding of Firewall and the rule review process NEED 10 12 + yrs candidates
Location: - Plano TX, McLean VA
Hybrid role:-3 days Onsite(Tue/Wed & Thur) and 2 days remote
Visa: NO H1B OPT/CPT
Note:-Should have good understanding of Firewall and the rule review process.
NEED CANDIDATES WITH 10-12 YRS EXP LOCALS PREFERRED
Job Description:
Advanced Knowledge on Firewall platforms (Fortinet, ASA, Palo Alto, Checkpoint- any two are preferred) running routing protocols and next gen features sure as IPS and Application detection rules.
Firewall deployment/configuration experience and troubleshooting application connectivity
Strong understanding of general networking and design (Firewalls, Routing, Load Balancing, OSI Model, TCP/IP, Packet trace and analysis)
Understanding of SMTP (RFC 821/5321), TLS, DNS and related standards
Intermediate Linux Sysadmin experience.
Must have strong customer handling experience
Must have strong experience in handling the escalations.
Interpersonal skills communication, flexibility, self-driven, team player
Project Management skills and experience working on enterprise level projects
Create ,review, maintain operational documentation and provide training on new procedures to lower level support teams
