Position: Torque Tool Technician

Technical/Functional Skills-
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification:
Associates degree or trade school certificate in a related discipline required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform all work on torque tools, including PM's and calibrations.
Installs, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains all torque tool equipment.
Assists engineering, automation team, & manufacturing controls system, or other departments in the development of new ideas and experimental work to improve products, tools and methods.
Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Follows all Operating Procedures (OP's) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) required by ISO regulations where applicable.
Update all torque tool documentation and databases.
Utilize INFOR in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or agreed upon alternative.
Ensure onsite parts inventory for maximum tool uptime.
Utilize client equipment, and calibration bench.
