Overall good with CQC, the home is the jewel in the crown for this local care group, who have aspirations for the home to become an overall outstanding. The previous manager is moving within the group and leaves the home in a great position, not just in terms of quality, but with full occupancy and very little agency spend.

The Role of Home Manager: As the Home Manager at Church View, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. You will lead and support our dedicated team, manage daily operations, and maintain our commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.
