Job Description:
Basic qualifications
- 3+ years of experience system testing
- 3+ years of experience testing PCBs
- 3+ years of experience FW testing and validation
- 3+ years of experience flashing FW and installing SW
- Experience with running, modifying and creating Python scripts
- Experience with using oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, signal generators and DAQ systems
- Experience testing components on I2C and SPI interfaces
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to review and develop written instructions; document work performed, and follow up with engineers and management as required.
- Installing and connecting boards using custom harnesses
Preferred qualifications
- Degree in related field
- Proven track record of delivering results on time.
- Experience in development of space-based systems.
- Experience working in aerospace/avionics manufacturing.
- Basic solder experience soldering SMT components
Typical Day in the Role:
Interaction with team/Day to Day:
- Collaborative have to work with people. Current team is 11 people.
- Electrical Design Engineers is 7 or 8 people. 20 people.
- Only working with internal team. Working with only a few people on a day-day basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- This is a SYSTEM testing role, please do NOT submit component testing candidates.
- All other required skills are in the JD for you to review.
Years of Experience:
- 3 plus years experience
Degree or Certification:
- Degree in a related field.
Leadership Principle:
- Deliver Results
Top 3 must-have Hard Skills:
- System Level testing experience systems assembled and you run a test on it as a whole unit, not the sub pieces.
- Troubleshoot issues skills must be able to discover during the system level testing. They should be able to detect what board is causing the system to fail.
- Comfortable flushing units FW. Must have great communication skills as well
