Job Description

This role involves developing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the digital sales team, providing guidance and support.
  • Attract new customers for the platform through effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of digital banking products and effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns promoting the platform.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, offering solutions through .

Qualification Required:

  • Any Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Minimum 3 to 6 Years of Previous experience in digital sales department in the Banking, Insurance, NBFC
  • Minimum 1 to 2 Years Team Handling experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations.
