Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, collecting information, and evaluating production requirements.
Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements and building workflow diagrams.
Studying systems capabilities and reading diagrams and specifications.
Providing recommendations and working to improve systems by studying practices periodically.
Establish controls by identifying problems and defining development procedures.
Determine project requirements by defining phases, elements, and budgets.
Monitor and control work achievements within the project and submit a periodic report on activities and procedures.
