Key Responsibilities:

2. Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure their professional growth and effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user stories.
4. Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work closely with development teams to facilitate their resolution.
5. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to streamline the testing process.
6. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
7. Perform load testing, security testing, and other specialized testing as needed.
8. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the QA process and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
9. Analyze and report on test results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
10. Maintain test environments and ensure they are properly configured for accurate testing.
11. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for QA processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 15 or more years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
3. Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.
4. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
5. Proficiency in test automation using tools like [Specify Automation Tools].

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
