What does a Finance Assistant at Collinson do?

The Finance Assistant will take responsibility for finance administration tasks for Collinson s Loyalty Commerce product portfolio. They will ensure invoices are raised in a timely manner and closely monitor overdue accounts.

The role is based in the UK supporting products globally.

Your duties will include and are not limited to the following activities and tasks:

  • Rasing invoices
  • Timesheet Tracking
  • Aged debtor management (inc an element of Credit control )
  • Liase with various internal departments in different geographies
  • Global Client reporting
  • Prepare monthly regional financial information which is presented at management meetings.
  • Other ad hoc duties

Key skills and experience to be evidenced within your application include

  • Preferably in the early stages of accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also capable of working on own initiative.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete tasks while meeting key deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
