Personal Training for a fantastic fitness club in Woodley, Reading

Part Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week

(Pay is 12 per hour whilst you build up your client base)

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager
• Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through different activities, including club outreach and community events
• A passion for fitness and wellbeing
• Driving results is important - and how you do this - with resilience, confidence, and integrity is equally vital to success in this role
• During shift hours will include delivering coached sessions & designing programmes, classes and ensuring cleanliness and quality of the club, whilst also providing valuable member interactions on the gym floor.
• Minimum level 3 qualification
• Are proactive in business development and keen to grow your Personal Training client base
