Role Summary:
The Program Management Support Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating, developing, and executing project schedules to the set objectives. Supports daily activities in equipment installations, product developments, validation activities, and change management. In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop & execute objectives, & have the ability to meet company objectives within the timelines specifically related to your assigned projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in managing new product launch readiness activities and timing for successful delivery of the Life Cycle Plan.
Coordinate and develop manufacturing environment, equipment, and processes required to execute product programs.
Maintain new product program budgets for manufacturing by working with all project stakeholder and ensure spend is aligned with budget for each quarter.
Coordinate with all mfg. stakeholders to establish manufacturing costs and risk assessments for product development business cases.
Work on creating/maintaining project plan documentation and ensure readiness for weekly New Product Launch Readiness review.
Support Product Launches and monitor progress with delays, non-confroamnces, and design content updates.
Utilize APQP tools throughout the new product development process.
Ensure compliance to ISO requirements and Internal Production Part Approval Process (IPPAP)
Support and Monitor PFMEA and Control Plan completion and updates.
Qualifications/Requirements
B.S in Engineering, Technical Practice, or Equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Facilities Engineering Capacity.
Experience with Automotive quality systems to AIAG standards.
Ability to support the development and execution of continues improvement initiatives.
Is a self-starter and can execute assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Desired Characteristics

Capability to work in teams
PMP certified
AutoCAD, CREO, or Pro-E proficiency.
B.S Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
