So much of the workplace is broken. Broken for companies trying to find the right people for their teams, for their culture, for their ambitious goals. Broken for candidates wanting more for their life and the place they spend so many hours in.

We believe so much of this brokenness starts with the hiring process. Hiring is linear. A company has a role and a need to fill. As a candidate, it’s your goal to stay on top of those opportunities and hope to be their “needle in the haystack,” even though those reviewing your resume are either AI-driven or spend a mere 7.4 seconds before they’re on the next one. Companies take shortcuts to find the right people. Candidates convince themselves that whatever company gets back to them, must be the right place for them. It’s broken. This doesn’t work.

That’s why we started Jombine. That’s why we’ve spent years developing a platform, systems, and approach that flips the scripts of traditional recruiting practices. And that’s why we’re looking for you. You are a revolutionary. You care about people. You care about a better workplace for everyone. You want to help change the way we hire!

THE WHO

We are Jombine. We’re a start-up that aims to disrupt traditional recruiting. Based in Colorado, we launched in early 2023 with clients and candidates. Our initial team is small, but after a successful launch campaign and so many happy clients and candidates, we’re ready for the next stage of our company…bringing in Jombine Agents to grow and scale our vision.

What’s an agent? Agents are independent business owners and the next generation of a recruiter. Much like you see with real estate agents working under a firm like RE/MAX, our Agents work under Jombine's full platform, network, software, and systems...and get coaching, mentorship, backing, support, leads, education, high commission comp structure, and the ability to capitalize on every candidate they meet.

We’ve built our entire company approach and platform around giving Agents the right tools, systems, and structures to succeed independently, yet unitedly as an Agent network supporting companies and candidates…and each other.

THE HOW

Our tech-enabled platform and Agent-network ecosystem eliminate the typical time, high costs, and headaches of traditional recruiting. Using our proprietary and scientifically driven evaluation program that profiles a candidate's true workplace DNA and a platform that allows our Agents to scale their business effectively and holistically, Jombine is poised to disrupt the old ways of recruiting and supports candidates and companies with a better way to hire and get hired.

WHAT DO AGENTS DO?

  • Specialize in specific job types (Sales, Marketing, & Management roles) and industries (Advertising & Marketing, Consumer Goods, Energy & Oil, Entertainment & Media, Financial Services & Insurance, Food & Beverages, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality & Travel, Technology Software, Technology Hardware).
  • You get to decide on your specialty and focus; we even train our Agents to find their own niches and be experts in their specific fields.
  • If you have experience in a specific field or sector, like Outside Medical Sales or Consumer Product Goods, you deliver a valuable position, market expertise, and knowledge to help both Employees and Employers!
  • Invite candidates to apply to Jombine -- through networking, job listings, referrals, social media, and inbound Jombine requests.
  • Guide candidates through our Combine -- a multi-step evaluation program designed to define a candidate's true workplace profile, and their specific strengths and qualities.
  • Reach out to Employers, using our marketing and communication systems, and work to find job listings that best match the skills and profiles of our candidate clients.
  • Act as career agents between an Employer and Candidate to ensure a successful hiring campaign and the best match of talent to job.
  • Coach candidates throughout their careers as they develop and achieve specific career goals.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?

  • Experience: 7 years of total combined work experience in any of these areas: Human Resources, Recruiting, Hiring, Management, Team Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Business Owners, Business/Life/Career Coaches, and/or total experience within a Specific Position or Industry.
  • Moxie and determination to find clients (companies/jobs to hire for) and cultivate deep relationships with owners, hiring managers, and lead players in your specific niche and industry.
  • Passion and drive to build your business from the ground up - and with the backing of our teams, systems, platforms, and a team of other Agents working together to succeed.
  • The time to recruit candidates, interview them, and match to potential Employers -- Agents set their own hours, and while you don't need 40+ hours to succeed, we are looking for a minimum commitment of at least 20 hours/week.
  • The desire and ambition to make a difference in changing the way we hire and get hired and to work together as a Jombine Network to completely disrupt the broken ways of recruiting for the betterment of our workplaces!

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY

  • We’ve built a program that supports Agents with high-income opportunities (just 15 hires per year nets over $100k in commissions), incredible training, great systems, and support you in every aspect of your business.
  • We are based in Denver, Colorado, and will be looking for regionally based Agents (Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming)...we will add more markets in the coming months, but will ask all applicants for this first round to be based in this Rocky Mountain region.
  • Our initial focus is Marketing, Sales, and Management roles...we will add more verticals in the coming months (Developers, etc.), but will ask all applicants to focus their niche and industries in one of these 3 role areas.
  • We are a start-up in the launch phase. We are currently working with clients and candidates but this is very much a start-up environment in the early stages.
