The role of the Customer Service Assistant is central to processing WSET educational material orders and distribution, and providing excellent customer service through timely and precise processing of customer orders and responses to customer queries. As part of a small team, there will be opportunities to be involved across multiple areas of the Publications/Sales function.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
General:
Process educational materials orders and associated customer communications
Assist with general customer queries
Liaising with UK and international warehousing facilities
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by your line manager.
Essential :
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Proficient in MS Office Package, with Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Strong customer service ethos and customer-friendly communication style.
Desirable:
- Experience in inventory / distribution / publications processing.
- Experience in using finance system NetSuite.
- Experience of working with foreign subsidiaries and/or multi-site business
